INTEGRATION SETUP OF WOOCOMMERCE AND QUICKBOOKS

1 User should go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> QuickBooks tab then add new account.

2 Then, the user should go to WooCommerce -> QuickBooks Feeds tab then create a news feed.

3 Mapping is required in QuickBooks fields to WooCommerce Order fields.

4 User should now open any Woocommerce Order then click the “Send to QuickBooks” button.

5 Finally, the user should go WooCommerce -> QuickBooks Logs and verify, if entry was sent to QuickBooks.

Connecting QuickBooks Account

Users can now connect QuickBooks Account by Oauth 2.0. In this way, they can also connect multiple QuickBooks accounts.

Mapping the Fields

Users should simply select QuickBooks Object (Estimate, Invoice, Customer, SalesReceipt, payment, etc) then start mapping WooCommerce Order fields to QuickBooks Online Object fields.

Exporting the Event

While sending WooCommerce Order data to QuickBooks, users should choose the event. For instance, when Order Status changes to “processing”, do send WooCommerce Order to QuickBooks.

Setting Primary Key Field

Users can update old objects by setting Primary Key Field rather than creating new Objects (Estimate, Invoice, Customer, SalesReceipt, payment, etc) in QuickBooks.

Reporting of Errors

While sending data to QuickBooks Online, if an error occurs then an email containing details of errors will be sent to the specified email address.
